Sales and Taxes

Old Faithful Shop will process all purchases using Visa, MasterCard or Paypal and are processed securely through the Paypal - a trusted and secure method of payment. 

All prices online will appear in Canadian Dollars.

Residents of British Columbia will be subject to full sales tax.

Canadian residents outside of British Columbia will be subject to GST only. 

Orders placed to residents outside of Canada will not be subject to taxes.

Shipping

Orders placed with Old Faithful Shop will be processed and shipped using Canada Post/USPS. We will post packages through the online store to North American locations only. International customers may contact us directly mail@oldfaithfulshop.com for a shipping quote.

Old Faithful Shop is not responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may incur while importing goods into your country of residence. Fees incurred from rejected packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

A tracking number will be provided for all North American shipments.

Orders placed within Vancouver for local pickup will require a valid identification and proof of purchase in order to aquire the goods ordered.  

Rates

Shipping rates will vary according to size, weight and quantity. Within North America rates will range from $10 to $30. 

Shipping charges will be waived for all orders exceeding $150.00.

Returns

Old Faithful Shop will accept returns within 7 days of the order delivery. The items must be in original re-sellable condition.

In order to qualify for a return, Old Faithful Shop must be contacted by email returns@oldfaithfulshop.com or telephone for an authorization number. Original proof of purchase must be attached.The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of their return including any customs charges or duties that may be incurred. 

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and will not be granted a return.
